Getting Started
- Press the Scanner button on the control panel
- Enter your 5 digit I.D. code.
- Press the Clear Modes key to remove previously used settings
- Place the document or item to be scanned in the copier as if you were making a copy (i.e., facedown)
- If the Network Delivery Scanner screen appears, switch to email
- press E-mail and then Exit

Specifying a Destination
To specify a destination from the destination list or by manually inputting the destination

Using the destination list
- select To: and a recipient from the destination list

Manually Inputting a Destination
- Select Manual Input and use the keypad to enter the e-mail address

Selecting the File Type
- Press Attached File
- Press File Type
- Select the file type from the available options
- Press OK two times

Specifying the Name of the Sender
- Press Attach Sender's Name
- Select name from the distribution list

Requesting Confirmation
- Press Return Receipt if you wish to get verification that the file was sent and received

Entering a Subject or Message
- Enter a Subject or Message for the email if you wish

Finishing Up
- Press the Start key
