How do I format my email signature using single-space instead of double-space?

User's email signature is double-spaced.

SOLUTION

In the upper right hand corner of Zimbra, check to see if you have "Standard Version" or "Advanced Version" displayed. If "Advanced Version" is displayed, click on it to change it to "Standard Version".

In general, formatting issues can be avoided, particularly if copying from a program such as a word processor like Microsoft Word or OpenOffice Writer to Zimbra, by either copying and pasting your text to a text editor such as Notepad (Windows) or Text Editor/gedit (Ubuntu Linux) and then copying from the text editor to Zimbra or by composing your text directly in Zimbra.
