How do I delete appointments from my calendar and not have it removed from others' calendars?

To delete calendar appointments without removing them from others' calendars-

  • Open Zimbra and click on the Calendar tab (Fig. 1).
  • Right-click on the appointment to be removed and select Decline or Cancel from the pop-up menu (Fig. 2).
  • If you are prompted to edit the message-
  • Select Yes
  • Delete all email addresses and enter your own.
