Change idle lock-out time
From Npserv-help
The idle lock-out feature requires users to log back into the system if their computer does not receive any input after a certain amount of time. To change the length of time a computer can sit idle before a user is required to log back into the system:
- Click on the Ubuntu start button
- In the start menu, click on "System"
- Click on "Preferences"
- Click on "Screensaver"
In the Screensaver Preferences window
- Click and hold the small slide to the right of the "Regard Computer as Idle After:" option
- Move the slide to the right to increase the idle lock-out time and to the left to decrease the idle lock-out time
